MODARIS
Here at Rally we draw all the patterns ourselves. We do this to make sure our garments fit our concept and your body in the best way possible! Our Garment technicians used Lectra Modaris to recreate the drawings of the collection of the concept designer. Making patterns is a lot like creating your own puzzle. Some of our items are existing off more than 25 pieces and in the end they all have to fit together. After making sure all the pieces fit together, the files will go to the print shop and come out in a real life size and then the real puzzle begins. First a lot of pinning, cutting, sorting and sewing and then we know if all of our hard work in the beginning ends up in the collection we want!
Here, we created the pattern for the Rally denim jacket. To create the final pattern pieces, we work in steps:
